How Eco Defense Works:
Old and new homes alike can have conditions conducive to pest activity such as moisture, dense vegetation around the perimeter, debris in crawl spaces, openings in exterior walls, etc… Our Integrated Pest Management approach means that we tackle the root cause of pest problems, opting for the least toxic solutions to get the job done. Then we provide ongoing monitoring and treatment as needed. Our Eco Defense program works preventively year-round to keep your home pest-free.
What to Expect:
Our first visit will include a thorough interior and exterior inspection of your property to find all hot spots for pest activity. We will seal any entry points that may be giving access to mice, rats, and other pests. After our first visit, we will return to your home quarterly to monitor pest activity, remove webs, and treat any issues we find, using the greenest and most effective pest control methods.
Our focus will be the outside of your home because this is where most pest activity originates. If interior or additional “in between” service visits are desired, you can schedule these when it’s convenient for you—at no additional charge.
Pests Covered:
Eco Defense is designed to protect your home year-round from ants, cockroaches, rats, mice, spiders, crickets, hornets, wasps, yellow jackets, silverfish, earwigs, centipedes, millipedes, clover mites, sow bugs, pill bugs, ground beetles, stink bugs, clothing moths and grain insects. If you are having an undesired issue with honey bees, we will relocate the hive in an attempt to save the colony.
